Latest Opening Information
Our retail store is open for customers to visit us, Tuesday - Friday, 10am to 3pm and one Saturday each month (see from front page for dates). Online orders can be placed 24/7 and telephone orders can be placed Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4pm by calling 01384 638833.
UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER TOILETS
MOBILITY: We can book an appointment during the week if you have a large wheelchair and would like to take your time browsing. Our aisles are wide enough but not for other customers to pass by.

Everything shown as available on our website is also available in store,unless it was the last one and it sold out in the last few hours..
It helps if you can bring a wish list of products with their SKU reference numbers.
Are dogs allowed in store?
Dogs and animals are not allowed in store, but we do have an enclosed car park if they need a bit of fresh air.
Is there anywhere to eat ?
Yes, there is a McDonalds within 500yds and there is an Eatery close by at Merry Hill Centre with a huge choice of food.
